PLEASE NOTE: In- Network coverage applies to commercial health plans with acupuncture benefits only. Most Medicare Advantage plans will not cover acupuncture unless performed by a medical doctor (MD), with the exception of Presbyterian Senior Care Plans.

+ You are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, or payment toward deductible at time of service. ​

* Traditional Medicare and most Advantage plans will only cover acupuncture if it is performed or supervised by a Medical Doctor (MD). Therefore, as a DOM (Doctor of Oriental Medicine) we are unable to bill and be reimbursed for services.

*Medicaid (Centennial/ Turquoise Care) DOES NOT cover acupuncture services in New Mexico regardless of the insurance provider.

Initial Visit $150.00

This appointment will run approximately 2 hours and includes a comprehensive intake, examination, and a 1 hour treatment.
Follow-up Visits $85.00
Follow-up appointments will run approximately 1 hour to 1hr. 15min.
Additional Modalities
These include services such as Gua-Sha (scrapping), Cupping, or Tui-Na (Chinese body work) that are requested as additions to treatment beyond the practitioner's original treatment.
Cupping $15.00
Fire cups added at the end of your treatment.
Gua Sha $15.00
A technique that applies gentle scrapping and pressure. Great for relieving tension or if you're feeling the beginning of a cold!
Just Cupping $35.00
No time for needles but still have some aches that need to be addressed? Maybe just some cups are in order. Treatment is 25-30 minutes long includes light tui-na and a full set of 12- 15 fire cups.
Just Gua Sha $45.00
Scrapping within a region, along a channel, or set of channels to release superficial muscle tightness and adhesions in the body. 30-40 minute session.
Chinese Diet + Nutritional Therapy $155.00
An in depth dietary consultation using Chinese nutritional principles. Especially useful for digestive issues, and fatigue. Appointment is approximately 1 hr 30 min and includes a thorough assessment and educational session regarding how Eastern Medicine views food. Follow-up progress visits, herbal medicine, and acupuncture are also encouraged.
